Integration
A watch app, not a shrunken phone.
Most companion apps are the phone screen made smaller. This one is built around the handful of things you actually do without reaching for a phone — and it has its own Siri phrases, because the phone’s do not make sense on a wrist.
What it does on the wrist
Each of these is a thing you finish in a few seconds, standing up, without unlocking anything.
- Your sky
- The same five stars as the phone, at watch size — which pillars are lit today and how the week is going.
- Water
- One tap per cup. It writes through to Apple Health and to your phone.
- A one-minute reset
- Guided breathing, on the wrist, with haptics. Not the same thing as the evening wind-down you shape on the phone.
- How you feel
- A mood dial. It becomes the same daily check-in the phone shows.
- Start a workout
- Begins a real watch workout with live metrics, and finishes into your log.
- Mark a habit done
- Tick something off without opening the phone.
- Your best next move
- One suggestion, based on what the week already looks like.
Complications
All three are free, and they update through the day.
Siri on the watch — a different set, on purpose
The watch registers its own phrases. Assuming the iPhone ones work here is the mistake this page exists to prevent.
- On the watch
- Log water in HealthApp · Breathe with HealthApp · Tell HealthApp how I feel · Start a workout in HealthApp · Ask HealthApp what to do next · Start a reset in HealthApp
- The one that catches people
- The watch has Start a reset in HealthApp. The phrase “start wind-down” is an iPhone phrase, because wind-down is an evening routine you shape on a bigger screen. The wrist gets the one-minute version.
- Marking a habit
- Say the habit’s own name — for example Mark meditation done in HealthApp.
Every phrase quoted here is checked against the watch’s own intent definitions whenever the site is built. That check exists because an earlier version of this site claimed three iPhone phrases worked on the watch, and they did not.
The things you do standing up.
Free with the app. The watch app, the complications and the Siri phrases are not behind Pro.
