HealthApp
How it works

Your day becomes a sky. Your effort becomes light.

Track a little across five pillars — lifestyle, fitness, food, mind, and sleep — and HealthApp turns each day into a sky. Pillars you tend become stars. Full days connect them into constellations. There is no grade, and there never will be.

The flow

Four steps, no homework.

01

Start free

No account needed — download and dive straight in. Add an account later only if you want cloud backup or community.

02

Track five pillars

Habits, workouts, meals, mood, and sleep — logged in seconds, or filled in from Apple Health when you allow it.

03

Watch your sky light

Each pillar is a star. Effort kindles it, full days make it glow — and when several light together, they connect into a constellation.

04

Keep what you earn

Records and milestones become named stars in your Star Atlas. Weeks, months, and seasons close as chapters you can look back on.

Momentum, not grades

Five states. No score to chase.

Instead of grading each day, HealthApp reads your recent weeks as one of five momentum states — plain words that describe your rhythm, never a mark out of 100.

A range, not a grade. Underneath, weekly bands show your personal range — measured only against your own history, never anyone else’s, and never turned into a target.

HealthApp’s momentum view: the state Radiant with the last four weeks shown as rows of glowing day-stars, counts of radiant, glowing, kindling and returning days, the five states explained, and weekly score bands shown as ranges.

A real screen — your last four weeks as rows of light.

The Star Atlas & chapters

What you earn, you keep.

Personal records, comebacks, and milestones become named, collectible stars — spinnable, engraved, and shareable from the Star Atlas.

Stars never un-earn. A hard week changes what comes next, never what you already built.

Weeks close as chapters, months can mint a star of their own, and seasons and years gather into an atlas of skies.

The sky travels with you. Widgets carry it to your home and lock screens, complications put it on your watch face, and Siri can log water, start a wind-down or take your check-in without you opening anything. On Sunday evening the week resolves into its constellation on your wrist — once, and then it settles.

Promises, not features

Built to be shame-proof.

Light only arrives

Nothing you do can un-earn a star, dim a past day, or turn anything red. The sky records what happened — it never threatens what might.

Rest gets auroras

Recovery chosen on purpose paints an aurora over the sky, and comebacks are met with dawns. Both are free, forever — that is a design promise, not a plan tier.

Celebrations stay honest, too: at most one big moment a day, and every star marks something you actually did — nothing is ever handed out.

Why one app

The point isn’t more tracking. It’s seeing the connections.

When your sleep, food, movement, mind, and habits live in one sky, the patterns become obvious — and small changes in one pillar lift the others. That is the whole idea.

HealthApp is a wellness and lifestyle tool, not a medical device, and doesn’t provide medical advice.

See tonight’s sky.
