Five parts of your health in one iPhone app — and one connected picture of the day they add up to. Free to start.
Tonight’s sky
Why one app
Sleep shapes your energy. Food shapes your mood. Movement, habits and your state of mind all pull on one another — and a tool that watches a single slice leaves you to connect the dots in your head.
Each of them is good at its own job. None of them knows about the others.
One connected timeline
Every habit, workout, meal, check-in and night’s sleep lands on the same day, colour-coded by pillar — so it reads as one story instead of five.
Example day
These panels are drawn in your browser from the app’s own theme file — the same colours, spacing, type ramp and star geometry the iPhone app ships with. Not pictures of the product. The product’s design system, running here.
Your sky
Five pillars, one constellation.
One star per pillar, at the exact coordinates the app draws them — lighting as the day is logged, joined once they are lit.
An earned star
Fitness
Early Bird
A workout before nine in the morning.
Stars never un-earn.
Momentum
Fourteen days as a strip of sky.
Not a bar chart — each day is a star whose kind of light is the state.
Rendered from the app’s own design tokens
The five pillars
Each has its own space in the app, and all five feed the same daily picture.
Habits that actually stick.
Movement, measured simply.
Eat well without obsessing.
A quieter, clearer headspace.
Wind down, wake up steadier.
What effort turns into
Five states, each with a real definition in the code. A range, not a grade — and not one of them is a failure.
Full days — several pillars lit.
≥5 active days · ≥3 pillars
Steady rhythm — regular light.
3–4 active days of 7
Light days — a spark here and there.
≤2 active days, or early
Recovery — quiet on purpose.
paused, post-load or guarded
First days back after a gap.
first light after ≥4 quiet days
A star you earned stays earned. The app says so in as many words when you open one.
“Stars never un-earn.”
Resting is one of the five states, not a gap between them. It is free, and it is forever.
One of five states — including this one
Wins are queued and capped at one per day, so a good week never turns into a slot machine.
One per day, every day
The pattern guardrails are deterministic, on-device and free — and they never leave the phone.
Free on every plan
Noticings
When all five pillars sit in one app, it can point at something you might not have spotted. What matters is how carefully it is allowed to say it.
Example noticing
On nights you slept seven hours or more, you logged a workout the next day four times out of six.
Counting language · never “because”
| The rule | Why it exists |
|---|---|
| At least five days of data | Fewer than five and nothing is shown at all. |
| At least 60% consistency | A pattern that only half holds is not a pattern. |
| Two shown, at most | Not a feed. Not a dashboard of verdicts. |
| Positive patterns only | Nothing negative is ever surfaced this way. |
| Journal text is never used | Your writing is excluded from this entirely. |
| Counting language only | “Four of six,” never a percentage and never “because”. |
A browser view of the same five pillars is planned, so your sky can travel with you when your phone is in another room. It is not built yet, and this is a design study rather than a product you can sign into today.
Planned · not shipped · there is no web account to make yet
Privacy by default
Six things that are true today — each one a thing the app does not do.
Nothing on your health is used to sell you anything, here or anywhere else.
Your data is not a product, not a dataset, and not for sale.
The app works fully without one. An account only adds backup and social features.
Medications, vitals, journal and dream logs live in the iPhone Keychain.
GPS route coordinates are never uploaded, even with cloud backup on.
Take everything with you, or delete the account and its data outright.
HealthApp is a wellness and lifestyle tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Made by Clifford Corp in Ottawa, Canada. Read the full privacy policy →
