HealthApp
Sleep

The star that lights while you rest.

Log your nights, hold a wind-down routine, and drift off to ambient sound — with Apple Health sleep data when you choose to share it. HealthApp learns your rhythm from the last four weeks and tells you the window that keeps it, never a score. Every rested night lights the indigo Sleep star.

How your star lights.

In HealthApp, rest is effort too. The Sleep star is the only one you light by doing less — on purpose, and well.

01

Wind down on purpose

A gentle pre-sleep routine — screens down, lights low, ambient sound if it helps — signals the day is closing. Holding it counts.

02

The night gets logged

Log your night in a couple of taps, or bring sleep in from Apple Health when you allow it. The Sleep star kindles with the night recorded.

03

Rested weeks glow

Steady nights make the star burn bright, and your mornings tell the story — energy, mood, and training all sit beside your sleep in one sky.

Bad nights are never punished. A short night is information, not a failure — nothing turns red, no score drops, and the sky holds what you built. Sleep is the pillar where being gentle with yourself matters most.

What you track

Everything for a better night.

Simple tools to wind down, rest well, and understand your sleep — without turning bedtime into homework.

Log your nights

Quick sleep logging in a couple of taps, or bring in sleep from Apple Health when you allow it — no wearable required.

Wind-down routine

A gentle pre-sleep routine to help you settle — and holding it is one of the quiet wins the sky remembers.

Ambient sounds

Drift off to calming soundscapes made for rest — the same library that lives in Mind.

Recovery insight PRO

A simple, plain-language read on how rested you are, based on your night — information for your morning, never a verdict on it.

Dream journal

Capture dreams in the morning before they fade — kept private and secure on your device, like your journal in Mind.

Sleep Coach PRO

Personalised, plain-language suggestions drawn from your sleep patterns — always framed as wellness, never treatment.

Your rhythm, and tonight’s window FREE

From your last four weeks HealthApp works out when you actually sleep, then names tonight’s window — “lights-out around 10:40–11:20 keeps your rhythm.” On the nights it can’t find a window it falls back to the one true thing: a steady wake time is the strongest lever there is.

Tonight, on your home screen and your watch FREE

A “Tonight” widget carries the window onto your home screen, drawn from your own rhythm rather than a default bedtime. On Apple Watch the same window sits in the Sleep page, and wind-down can be started from your wrist. On iPhone you can simply say “Start wind-down in HealthApp” instead.

A caffeine line that knows your bedtime FREE

Caffeine holds for roughly nine hours. If a coffee or tea you logged today lands inside tonight’s window, HealthApp says so once — as information, not a scolding. If it doesn’t, the line never appears at all.

The Star Atlas

Good nights become stars you keep.

✦Steady stretches of rest — wind-downs held, weeks of full nights, a sleep rhythm rebuilt — become named, collectible stars in your Star Atlas.

✦Once a star is yours, it stays yours. Stars never un-earn — one rough week cannot take back a month of good nights.

✦Every star marks real rest you actually got. Nothing is handed out, so each one means what it says.

Recovery earns auroras

In this sky, rest is celebrated — not excused.

Resting

When you take recovery on purpose — an early night, a day off training, a genuinely restful weekend — the sky paints an aurora over it. Rest chosen well is one of the healthiest things you can log.

Returning

After a stretch of rough nights or a schedule that fell apart, your first good night back is met with a dawn. Rebuilding a sleep rhythm is a comeback, and the app treats it like one.

Rest and comeback features are free, forever — that is a design promise, not a plan tier.

One pillar of five

Rest powers everything else.

A good night lifts your energy, your training, your appetite, and your focus the next day. In your sky, the Sleep star stands beside the other four — and full days connect them into constellations.

HealthApp is a wellness and lifestyle tool, not a medical device, and doesn’t provide medical advice.

Wind down. Wake up steadier.

Seven or more hours for most adults is a joint clinical consensus, and this pillar is built on it. See the evidence →
