Released

Newest first. A version appears here only once it is live on the App Store.

1.7.025 August 2026
  • Reading a nutrition label is free, and happens on the device.

  • A mood complication for Apple Watch.
  • Siri phrases on iPhone.
  • Reads State of Mind from Apple Health.
1.6.116 August 2026
  • Watch and widget fixes.
  • Sleep foundations.
1.6.0August 2026 date approximate
  • HealthApp arrives on Apple Watch as a full companion app, not a mirror.
1.5.0July 2026 date approximate
  • Phased release.

Two dates are months rather than days, and that is deliberate. For 1.6.0 the commit is 12 August 2026 and 1.6.1 superseded it four days later, so the exact App Store date is genuinely uncertain — the month is the most precise claim that is certainly true, and inventing a day to make the column look tidy would be the wrong trade.

This page did not exist until August 2026 for the same reason. There were no release tags and one notes file in the whole repository, so anything published earlier would have been reconstructed from commit messages rather than recorded at the time. A changelog you cannot trust is worse than no changelog. From 1.8.0 the notes are written when the release goes out.

How to read this page

Verified
The date is confirmed against Apple’s own listing for the app.
Date approximate
The month is certain; the day is not. Marked rather than guessed.
What counts as a change
Something a person using the app would notice. Internal work that changes nothing you can see does not get an entry.
Pro features
Anything gated says so, here as everywhere else on the site.

Every version, and how sure we are of it.

The same standard as the rest of the site: nothing stated more precisely than it is known.
